Explorative movement meets conscious touch
The explorations within our movement closed group and the inclusive circles have given birth to “Moving touch”, a partly guided clothed experience that plays with touch-based movement; a journey of presence, curiosity for our bodies, connection, giving and receiving but more importantly, allowing ourselves to be “moved”, to be “taken to places” on the dance floor; to be held, embraced, lifted. Using touch as a pathway to movement, participants will take turns in pairs and groups of 3 and more, to explore mobility and flexibility of different parts of the body. “Moving touch” builds trust, encourages presence and allows us to tune into aspects of our bodies that might not be easily accessible in our individual practices. Everyone's welcome including agender, genderqueer, gender fluid, fairies, unicorns, intersex and non-binary beings.
